Mr. Feldman retired in 2012 as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Midas, Inc., an international automotive services company. Prior to joining Midas, Mr. Feldman held several senior management positions within McDonald’s Corporation, including President of McDonald’s USA, and PepsiCo, where he served in financial and operations roles. Mr. Feldman served as a Board member of Foot Locker, Inc. for 19 years. Mr. Feldman is currently a member of the University of Illinois Foundation.

Brian A. Deck has been our Chief Executive Officer since December 2020 and served as President of JBT from December 2020 to January 2025. He was previously our interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2020 to December 2020. Mr. Deck served as our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 2014 until December 2020.

Prior to joining JBT, he served as Chief Financial Officer (since May 2011) of National Material L.P., a private diversified industrial holding company. Mr. Deck served as Vice President of Finance and Treasury (November 2007 to May 2011) and as Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (August 2005 to November 2007) of Ryerson Inc., a metals distributor and processor. Prior to his service with Ryerson, Mr. Deck held various positions with General Electric Capital, Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), and Cole Taylor Bank.

Mr. Deck holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from DePaul University in Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Brasier retired in 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Herc Holdings, Inc., an equipment rental company, after leading the spinoff from Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.. Prior to her role at Herc, she served as Senior Vice President, Tax and Treasury for Mondelez International, Inc., a $30 billion food company spun out from Kraft Foods Inc. Ms. Brasier has 35 years of experience in finance with a career that spanned diverse roles across public accounting, paper and packaging, industrial equipment, and food manufacturing industries. Ms. Brasier is currently a Board member of Molina Healthcare, Inc., Lancaster Colony Corporation and Henny Penny Corporation.

Dr. Gronfeldt is a Professor of Practice at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a founding member of MIT’s DesignX innovation accelerator. She has held executive leadership roles in global life science companies and served as President of Reykjavik University. Dr. Gronfeldt serves on the Boards of Icelandair Group hf. and Embla Medical hf., and previously served on the Board of Origo ehf. She served on the Board of Marel hf. and chaired its Audit Committee.

Dr. Gudmundsson is Head of Discovery Pharmaceutics and Analytical Sciences at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company. He has held various leadership roles within the company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Gudmundsson serves on the Board of Eyrir Invest hf., an investment company and investor in JBT Marel. He previously served as Vice Chair of Marel hf. and was a member of its Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Mr. Harrington is the former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Parsons Corporation, a provider of digitally enabled solutions for defense and infrastructure. He served in various leadership roles during his 40-year tenure at Parsons, including CFO, Group President, and Executive Chairman. Mr. Harrington currently serves on the board of Constellation Energy Corporation. He is also Vice Chairman of the Cal Poly Foundation and was previously Chairman of the Institute of Digital Engineering USA. Mr. Harrington previously served on the boards of AES Corporation, J.G. Boswell Company and Korn Ferry.

Mr. Jackson is a Senior Advisor for New Mountain Capital LLC, a New York – based private investment firm. Previously he held senior executive roles at Walmart Stores, Inc., including Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer , and President and CEO of Global Procurement. He also also served as President and COO of Dollar General Corporation, and spent 17 years as an executive of PepsiCo. Mr. Jackson served on several public company boards, including Assurant, Allied Waste Industries, Prologis, and Synder’s-Lance.

Ms. Kawalek is the retired President of PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods Division, an international manufacturer of branded products. She retired in 2004 after a 25-year career with Quaker Oats, Inc., which became a unit of PepsiCo in 2001. She served as President of Quaker Oats’ U.S. Foods division from 2001 to 2004 and as President of its Hot Breakfast division from 1997 to 2000. Ms. Kawalek previously served on the Boards of Elkay Manufacturing Company, Martek Biosciences Corp., and Kimball International, Inc.

Mr. Másson is the former Chair of the Board of Marel hf. and currently serves on the Board of Síminn hf., a telecommunications company publicly traded on Nasdaq Iceland. He previously held government leadership roles in Iceland, including Director General in the Prime Minister’s Office and Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Finance. He also served at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Mr. Másson was a longtime board member of Marel hf., including roles as Chair and Vice Chair, and chaired both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Másson was an Adjunct Lecture in political science at the University of Iceland and is currently on the University Council and Chair of the Board of Sprotar ehf. a holding company that manages the University’s shareholding in startup companies.

Ms. Savage is the former Head of Food Technical, Food Safety and Risk Management for Gousto, a meal kit company. Prior to that, she served as Group Technical Director at Bakkavor Group plc, a global prepared foods manufacturer, where she held responsibilities across Food Safety, Quality Management, Health and Safety, and Sustainability. Ms. Savage previously served on the Board of Directors of Marel hf., including roles on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
